We changed our name to CareLoop. Here's why.
The story behind the rebrand from Rounds to CareLoop — and what it tells you about the platform's direction.

When we shipped the first version of this product in 2024, we called it Rounds — for the daily medication round that nurses do, and the sense that the platform should travel with the team room-to-room.
The product has grown. It's not just rounds anymore — it's compliance, training, scheduling, comms, incidents, pay, leave, family portal, an AI assistant, and a CQC workspace. And the original name had two problems: it was hard to search for (Rounds, the dating app, dominates every Google query), and it didn't capture what the platform actually does.
Why CareLoop
Care work is loops. Visits get scheduled, confirmed, completed, signed off, audited. Certs expire, are renewed, are evidenced, are inspected. Incidents are reported, triaged, escalated, resolved. The loops never stop, and our job is to close them — to make sure nothing falls out, that every signature is captured, that every ball stays in the air.
What's not changing
- The team. Same people, same UK base.
- Your data. Same database, same RLS isolation, same UK hosting.
- Your contract and pricing. No changes.
- Your URL. careloop.ashdub.com is your new home; rounds.ashdub.com redirects there for the next 12 months.
