We build software for the people who care

CareLoop exists because the people running care homes deserve software that fights for them — not a clipboard’s worth of disconnected tools that get in the way of doing the job well.

The problem

In 2024 we shadowed two regional managers across nine homes. Between them they used eleven different tools — Excel rotas, paper care notes, a separate LMS for training, three messaging apps, and a payroll system that didn't know about overtime. Each one was 'fine'. Together they were a disaster: missed certifications, agency overspend, sickness left unmanaged, residents with care plans that were six months stale.

The bet

We bet that one beautifully-designed system, pricing per home rather than per seat, would let multi-home operators see what was actually happening — and would free up managers to do the human work only they can do. So we built it.

The values

Care is human. Software shouldn't be. We measure ourselves on three things: 1) Did our customers reduce agency spend this quarter? 2) Did mandatory training compliance go up? 3) Did managers reclaim time? If yes — to all three — we did our job.
