Both support medication orders with PRN, scheduled times, multi-route, and the same 8 outcome codes (given/refused/withheld/out-of-stock/vomited/sleeping/hospital/other). CareLoop links each administration straight back to the resident's care notes timeline.
We import resident records, care plans, eMAR history and care notes via API or CSV export. Body-map and falls history come across with timestamps preserved. Most groups complete the cutover in a fortnight.
We support inbound CSV from major UK pharmacy systems and outbound exports to NHS GP Connect (private beta). Direct integrations with Boots, Lloyd's and Pharmacy2U are on the roadmap.
